Youtube is the latest fast forward and rewinds feature that lets the user skip chapters during the video play. Users can double-tap with change to rewind or the next chapter. This feature will operate if the content publishers have set the chapters in the video information. Last week, youtube got out the slide to seek feature that let the users scrub through the video easily.
