The Karnataka government decided that the second year preuniversity examination of the current academic year will be cancelled and the students will be evaluated based on their first year PU marks. The state government has decided to conduct the Secondary School Leaving Certificate examination. The exam would be scheduled for the third week of July.
This year, The SSLC examination does have a change in the format. The students will have only two examinations. The first examination will be the core subjects, like, Science, Mathematics and Social science in one single paper and the second examination will be on languages. The exam paper will be of multiple-choice questions of 120 marks each. About 20 days before the examinations the dates will be declared.
