Sugar – As Required
Watermelon – 3 Cups
Water- ½ Cup
Lemon Juice- ¼ Cup
Milkmaid – 3 tablespoon
Dissolve sugar in water and boil the sugar solution. Add lemon juice into it. Stir well until the sugar is dissolved completely.
Remove it from the heat and allowed it to cool.
Remove the seeds from the watermelon and blend the watermelon using blender.
Combine it with chilled syrup. Then add the milkmaid into it. Mix well. Pour this mixture into an ice cube tray. And freeze until ice crystals form around it about 1 hour.
Stir the ice crystal after 30 minutes and repeat this in every 20 minutes until the liquid is frozen completely.
Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container.
