The two key accused in the gold smuggling case, Sandeep Nair and Swapna Suresh were remanded in custody by a National Investigation Agency on Sunday in Kochi special court.
The Court on Monday will consider the application seeking custody of the accused, who have brought to Kerala from Bengaluru on Sunday.
