Tea powder – 2 teaspoon

Water – 5 glasses

Lemon juice- 2 teaspoon

Cardamom – 5

Cinnamon – 1 Small piece

Ginger –  1 teaspoon (crushed)

Sugar – As required


Boil water in a teapot. After boiling it add all spices and tea powder into the pot. Stir well.

Let the tea, boil for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame and remove the pan. Add enough sugar. Stir well until the sugar dissolves completely.

Now add lemon juice into it. Mix well.

Strain the sulaimani using strainer. Pour this into serving glasses. Serve it hot.
