Mango Falooda


Falooda sev – 1 cup

Falooda seeds – 2 teaspoon (soaked in ¾ cup water for 20 minutes)

Milk – 1 cup

Mango pulp -1 cup

Mango – 2 (cut into pieces)

Mango flavoured ice cream – 3 scoops

Sugar – for required amount

Mixed dry fruits – 3teaspoon (chopped) for garnishing


Soak falooda seeds in ¾ cup water for 30 minutes. Keep it aside.

Then add sugar to the milk. Mix it well until sugar dissolves completely.

Keep this in the fridge.

Boil 3 cups of water in a pan. When it boils, add falooda sev and cook it for 5 minutes.

Drain it well. Cut it into small pieces using scissors.

After 30 minutes of soaking time of falooda seeds, drain it well.

To assemble falooda, take a serving glass and first add 1 teaspoon soaked falooda seeds in the bottom of the serving glass.

Then add a spoonful of cooked sev. Next layer with 2 tablespoons of mango pulp followed by few chopped mango pieces. Slowly pour a few teaspoons of chilled milk.

Repeat this process again until the glass is full. Then add a half cup of milk.

Top with a scoop of mango flavoured ice cream. Add some chopped mango pieces on the ice cream. Garnished it with chopped dried fruits.

Serve the mango falooda immediately.
