Minding our minds has become important during the COVID-19 lockdown times. A lot of mood swings and negative emotions are rapidly storming in most of us during the lockdown times.

It is vital to restore harmony in these challenging times to embrace our future better.

Initiating gentle changes in lifestyle can improve mental and physical health.

Light activities serve great! Practising morning walks. Since there is WFH for most indiviuals,
taking initiatives to break long hours of sitting creates positive impacts within.

Consistently following a lifestyle practice of light physical exercise, Yoga or meditation.
Journalling stories of the day. Engaging oneself to explore activities like gardening or cooking will ease the thought of stay at home restrictions.
Learning something new will improve mental health and overtime changes can be felt.
