turmeric powder- 1/4Tsp
Red chilly powder-1-2Tsp
Coriander leaves- 1Handful
Cook chicken by adding turmeric powder and salt. Shred it.
Heat oil in a pan. Add curry leaves, ginger paste, garlic paste, chopped green chilly, onion and some salt, sauté till onions are light brown color.Then add garam masala powder, turmeric powder and red chilly powder. Saute it for some time. Then transfer shredded chicken to it. Mix well and cook it for 3-5 mins. Finally sprinkle some coriander leaves, mix well, switch off the flame and allow it to cool.
Remove edges of bread pieces.Beat egg. Spread bread crumbs.Soak bread slices in milk, squeeze it. Place 2 Tbspn of filling in its center. Roll it, dip in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs and keep it aside. Keep the Rolls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for the coating to get firm.Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the rolls till golden color.Now our delicious chicken bread roll is ready to serve.
