Rice Flakes/Avil – ½ cup
Frozen Milk – 2 cups
Ripe banana – 2 nos (njaalipoovan pazham)
Sugar – as needed
Peanuts – ¼ cup
Cashew nuts – as required
Ghee – 2 tablespoon (melted)
Vanilla Ice cream – for garnishing
Heat a pan with 1 teaspoon ghee and add rice flakes into the pan. Roast the rice flakes until crispy.
Remove from the flame and keep it aside.
In the same pan, add balance ghee and roasted the nuts. Keep it aside.
Crush the frozen milk with rolling pin.
Take a blender and add bananas, crushed milk and required amount of sugar. Blend it for 2 minutes. Pour this mixture into a deep vessel.
Now add roasted rice flakes, roasted peanuts and cashew nuts into it. Mix well.
Pour this mixture into serving glasses about ¾th portion of the glass. Add vanilla ice cream on the top of the glass. Garnish it with roasted rice flakes and roasted peanuts.
Tasty avil milk is ready for serving. Serve immediately.
